🐸 Free Frog Avatar for Streamers

A talking frog trader that moves its mouth when you speak. Use it as an overlay in OBS. It's free, there's no signup, and your mic audio stays on your computer.

What it does

The mouth and throat react to your voice. You can also use computer audio or a song file instead.
Sensitivity, noise gate and a level meter help you tune it to your mic.
Pick your own skin, belly, eye, robe and accent colors, or cycle through robe colors.
Moods: Normal, To the moon (shades), Red candle (shock) and Hypno.
Backgrounds: transparent, green or magenta screen, a solid color, or scenes like the Moon, a swamp at night, deep space, a sunset beach and a chart wall.
Your settings save in your browser.

Keys: 1–4 change mood · C next robe color · B next scene · S hide or show the settings panel.

How to use it in OBS

Option 1: Window Capture (easiest)

Open buyitprintables.com/frog-avatar-app in Chrome or Edge and allow the microphone.
Set your colors, then set Background to Green screen and press S to hide the panel.
In OBS, click +, choose Window Capture and pick that browser window.
Right-click the source, choose Filters, and add a Chroma Key (green) to remove the background.
Keep the browser window open (not minimized) while you stream.

Option 2: Browser source

In OBS, click +, choose Browser, and paste https://buyitprintables.com/frog-avatar-app as the URL. Width 800, height 900 works well.
The background is transparent and the settings panel hides itself in OBS. To change settings, right-click the source, choose Interact and press S.
OBS Browser sources sometimes can't use the microphone. If the frog doesn't move, use Option 1, or start OBS with the --enable-media-stream launch option.

Privacy

Everything runs in your browser. Your microphone or audio is only measured for loudness to move the mouth. Nothing is recorded or uploaded.
